You Have Goals
Boring, I know, but if you don’t know where you’re going you’ll have no idea you’ve arrived if and when you get there.
If you don’t have clear goals, or you’re not prepared to work with me to define them, don’t waste your time or mine.
You Take Action
I don’t enjoy watching my clients meltdown so if you are not willing to run possibly undertake tasks before, during and after the project implementation, we're not going to be a good fit.
It could be as simple as watching a How-To video or setting up an account with a third-party service (eg: connect your bank account to your Stripe account. We don't need to see your bank details!)
You Have Budget
If you really want to knock one out of the park, you’re going to need to invest some cash. That’s just the way it is.
I don’t work for equity in your start-up and I don’t cut corners.
You don’t need to re-mortgage your house but you are going to need to treat this as an investment and if you do everything I tell you, you’ll get a positive return.
You Have Time
If we work together I will demand your 100% undivided attention and I WILL fire you the minute I think you're getting distracted.
It doesn't mean we are dragons either. We'll be providing you with everything you need to provide us with what we need. Templates, processes, guides, shortcut hacks and more.
Our aim is to not only provide you with new tools and skill sets for you, but for your business as well - that will increase productivity and save time.
