We have been using MerlinFX for almost 2 years.

How long had you been looking for a solution to this problem?

We had struggled with a good system to updated PDFs across the site for a while. Club Plus is a business that has many factsheets, PDS documents and other regulatory notices on the website at any one time.

Why did you choose us to solve your problem?

As our website developer we already were confident in your abilities to adapt the site and create new options to suit our business.

What was your team’s process prior to the solution we provided?

?? We had to go through and search for each PDF that was being changed and then update each link manually to the new PDF file

The process was very time consuming and repetitive.

There was also a risk of missing a link and ending up with the wrong information being on the website.

Yes, it’s now very quick to update a PDF document, especially one that is shown in several places on the site.

This PDF solution also addresses the risk of having outdated information live on the site.

Of course. We have recommended Merlin both to digital service providers we work with on a regular basis, and have also reiterated to colleagues and anyone else who asks, the prompt and extremely helpful service that is consistently provided.
