Would you give me a quick overview of Comfort Heat?

Comfort Heat Australia is a family owned business on the Northern beaches of Sydney.

The company has been in operation since 2000 providing the Sydney construction industry with hydronic and electric floor heating products.

The company is in a niche market providing advice on floor heating options to residential and commercial clients, importing specialised parts and designing floor heating systems.

How long has your company been in business?  The company started the business in 2000

How long have you been using MerlinFX?  We have been utilising the services of MerlinFX to support our company website for over 5 years

How long had you been looking for a solution to this problem?

We initially looked to the Salesforce implementation team to set us up with the facility to import the information directly from our Contact Us form from our website to the Lead of the Salesforce system.

This was an option sold by the Salesforce team, but as we also attached files to our contact forms, it was a problem to send them to Salesforce also.

Why did you choose us to solve your problem?

MerlinFX was consulted early in the Salesforce implementation project as changes were needed to the Contact Us page on the website which MerlinFX needed to perform.

When we ran into issues with the initial solution I asked Daniel if there was an alternative option.

What was your team’s process prior to the solution we provided?

Prior to the implementation designed by MerlinFX, the administrative staff needed to input the customer details from the customer enquiry form which could result in input errors.

What were the major pain points of your process prior to using our solution?

Double entry of customer information

By using our solution can you measure any improvements in productivity or time savings?

All customer enquiries received are now automatically loaded as a lead in Salesforce.

An e-mail is sent to the Sales e-mail address for allocation and with the file attachments.

The file attachments are also loaded into a folder on our Dropbox account to ensure backup of these files.

When our estimator receives the enquiry the customer information is already in Salesforce for them to proceed with the quotation.

Are you likely to or have you recommended our business to a friend or colleague?

We have always found MerlinFX very helpful with our website and finding ways to improve its functionality.
