MerlinFX will equip the client with the necessary tools and strategies for traffic acquisition but does not guarantee traffic volumes.

Content Provision Timelines

The client is assumed to adhere to the agreed-upon timelines for providing content and feedback. Delays in submitting content or feedback may result in project delays and could potentially lead to rescheduling of the project delivery date

Legal and Compliance

The client assumes responsibility for ensuring that all content, including text, images, and multimedia, complies with applicable laws and regulations. MerlinFX is not responsible for any legal issues that arise from content or data hosted on the client’s site.

Technical Readiness

We design, build, host, and manage your website, incorporating specific third-party technologies within our stack. While we facilitate integration with your existing apps that offer user-friendly APIs, please note that our role does not extend to becoming specialists in your external applications. It is essential for us to have access to your domain early in the project, unless we are already managing it, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all components involved.

Training and Handover

Comprehensive training will be provided post-launch to enable you to manage and update your website effectively. It is assumed that you will allocate the necessary time and resources to participate in this training. If approved, the cost of such plugins or third-party tools will be your responsibility. It is crucial to maintain timely payments for these services because failure to do so can lead to their deactivation and removal from your site. We enforce strict security protocols and must eliminate potential vulnerabilities that often arise from outdated plugins.

Post-Launch Support

We provide extensive post-launch support, encompassing weekly updates for core systems, security, and plugins, as well as server upgrades and maintenance. Our service includes 24/7 monitoring, firewalls, and advanced security measures to safeguard your website. We also cover software license fees for premium plugins and third-party services that we utilise. Alongside these technical services, we offer comprehensive training, support, maintenance, and hosting to ensure optimal performance and security of your site. While we do not offer email services, we are able to recommend experienced IT professionals to fulfill this requirement.

It’s a bit like planting a tree together. If we’ve just put it in the ground and you decide to uproot it and take it elsewhere, it’s unfair to either of us. The tree hasn’t had a chance to grow, nor has our partnership. Interestingly, this has never been an issue with our clients. Before you know it, it’s time for that free redesign to keep your site and brand invigorated.

An exit fee applies if you decide to move on within the first two years. However, this requirement is waived if you’ve opted for any of our content packages. This flexibility allows you to choose the level of commitment that best suits your needs while benefiting from our comprehensive services.

Not an issue at all. For each additional page, we charge $197 + GST  to create and apply the layout and format of the content you supply for each page. 

If we are not creating the content for you then you need only supply us with the content, and we’ll add it to the new design layout for you. After launch, you will have access to make changes, and add more content as needed. 

That is entirely up to you and you can opt to select either Content creation options. 

We would still need to follow our content research and creation process that includes doing the workshops: The Website Success Journey Blueprint and The Customer Connection Compass.
